World-Class Precision Mold

  • Ranging from soft prototype to SPI Class 101 standard (1MM shots), with rich experience in hot runner system development.

  • Full in-house production & control at every stage, from mold design to produce +30 sets of molds monthly for both domestic and export markets.
  • Equipped with top-tier precision machinery: MAKINO, FANUC, YASDA and DMG CNC machining centers, all to delivery high spindle speed with positioning accuracy up to 0.005mm.  SODICK and other premium EDM/Wire EDM equipment reach 0.01mm and 3µm precision.

Injection

Professional Injection Molding Services

  • A complete fleet of +40 injection molding machines with clamping force spanning 20T to 780T, cover horizontal, vertical and 2K equipment. 
  • Feature multiple well-known brands including Haitian, Nissei, Toyo and JSW, shot volume ranging from 16cm³ to 3500cm³, maximum injection pressure up to 2815kgf with peak speed reaching 270mm/s. 
  • With flexible parameters such as tie-bar spacing, mold opening stoke and ejection travel, our facilities support small precision parts, medium-sized-daily-use products and large structural plastics components.

  • Ready to use glue dispensing machine, ultrasonic welder, screw tightening system, hot presses, others such as simple to complex custom jigs & fixtures for intricate assembly processes.
